Here's how to get the most out of it:

A hazelnut-sized amount in your palms.
Lather with a little water—first in your hands,
then onto your wet scalp.

Then: massage. Really massage.
60 seconds, circular motions with your fingertips—not with your nails, not with the palm of your hand.
Fingertips. That's the difference.

The massage activates the caffeine complex,
promotes blood circulation to the hair follicles,
and delivers the active ingredients where they need to work.

Rinse thoroughly. Then a second time—
the shampoo lathers more on the second wash
and cleans deeper.

Rinse with cool water—cool water closes the hair cuticles,
making hair shine more. Instantly. Noticeably.

Afterward: Keratin Volume Conditioner only on the lengths.
Never on the scalp. Never at the roots.
The roots are for volume.

Tip for more growth:
Once a week, leave the shampoo on the scalp for 2–3 minutes—caffeine and organic rosemary need time
